Company Profile & Corporate Policy

Technological Independence in Functional Chemical Materials for a Sustainable Future
CEO Message
Dear Customers and Partners, thank you for visiting the official APEON website.
APEON was established in 2022 with the goal of replacing imported high-performance chemical resins and securing technological independence in semiconductor packaging and next-generation display applications.
Today, advanced IT and mobility sectors face sweeping shifts toward ultra-miniaturization, high-frequency, and rigid environmental standards. In this new paradigm, securing raw materials engineering capability has become a critical key to corporate and national competitiveness.
Leveraging our proprietary polyimide and polyurethane molecular design platform, APEON successfully engineers display ACF binders and packaging adhesives, achieving full localization of previously imported materials. Furthermore, to solve the challenges of the next-generation secondary battery market, we are devoted to R&D for advanced material solutions, including pre-R&D of high-elasticity, high-adhesion polymer binders for silicon anodes.
Under our core values of "Creativity, Autonomy, and Proactivity," we dedicate ourselves to providing tailored material solutions exceeding expectations. We promise to be more than a vendor — a trusted technological partner shaping future competitiveness together.
We are committed to building transparent management, rigorous quality control, and a safe, eco-friendly production system to grow as a global specialty materials company shaping a sustainable future.
We look forward to your continued interest and support. Thank you.

Core Values

Creativity
Creating differentiated high-performance materials through unique chemical structure control and synthesis.

Autonomy
Fostering an autonomous R&D culture that encourages self-growth, responsibility, and value creation.

Proactivity
Responding proactively to B2B market trends and chemical regulations to deliver custom formulations on time.
PAG Vision 2035 & Strategy
Precision & Performance
Monomer-level precision in molecular structure design. Through ACF/NCF film partnerships, we support display and advanced packaging; through imide-urethane hybrid adhesive resins, we support QFN semiconductor packaging.
Adaptability & Integration
We build a cooperative vertical-integration value chain linking in-house resin synthesis with partner coating and slitting, resolving multi-tier B2B supply bottlenecks while accelerating customer line evaluation and NPI entry.
Green & Global
Building on exploratory R&D of high-elasticity silicon anode binders and eco-conscious waterborne polyurethane formulation, we are expanding our business step by step into North America, Europe, and other global mobility and high-value semiconductor markets.
Vertical Integration Growth Roadmap
1) Cooperative Vertical Integration from Resin to Film
APEON pursues a capital-light 'Cooperative Vertical Integration' model to move beyond commodity resin supply. By combining our proprietary molecular design with the cleanroom coating assets of strategic partners, we complete the NCF/ACF value chain. Unlike multinational suppliers of standardized products, APEON chemically tailors the polymer backbone directly to the OEM's thermal profile, ensuring superior process integration and differentiated value.
2) Global Growth & Supply-Chain Localization Targets
We target functional polyimide, low-loss binders, and the ACF/NCF value chain, driving a 3-stage business evolution: (Stage 1: Specialty additives exclusive supply → Stage 2: Global distribution partnerships & formulation IP licensing → Stage 3: Regulation-ready battery binders scale-up & Global supply chain integration). Over the mid-to-long term, we aim to build a specialty-driven, high-value revenue mix anchored in IP licensing and global partnerships.
Corporate Sustainability Policies
Quality Policy
Quality policy aligned with ISO 9001 guidelines
"Deliver world-class polymer solutions."We maintain strict lot tracking and tightly controlled custom viscosity windows, targeting zero-deviation quality through rigorous GPC and FT-IR control.
Environmental & Climate Policy
Environmental policy aligned with ISO 14001 guidelines
- Compliant with RoHS 2.0 & Halogen-Free standards
- Waterborne PU expansion to reduce VOC emissions
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) adoption in progress
- Pre-R&D of specialty polymer binders for silicon anodes
Occupational Health & Safety
